Groovy Superhero - who is so very groovy - was nice enough to present me and the Adventureblog with the Premios Dardo award. Between Groovy's email and some Googling, I've learned that "Premios Dardo" is Italian for "Prize Darts" and that it's basically a fun, chain award that lets recipients recognize other blogs that they feel are "unique voices and visions on the Web." It's also a way to "promote fraternization amongst bloggers of all sorts" and - according to another recipient - to show "affection and gratitude for work that adds value to the Web." I can totally get behind all of that. Thanks, Groovy!
The rules are:
1) Accept the award by posting it on your blog along with the name of the person that has granted the award and a link to his/her blog. So, I've got some thinking to do. There are so many blogs that I love, it's going to be next to impossible to pick only five. I'll announce my picks soon though.
2) Pass the award to another 5 blogs that are worthy of this acknowledgment, remembering to contact each of them to let them know they have been selected for this award.
