Seriously, General Mills. Why do you only let me eat one box of these a year?
And while I'm complaining, why can't Post (who's now owned by Ralcorp, which used to be the Ralston part of Ralston Purina) start making Freakies again?
Or better yet, Ralcorp could sell Freakies off to General Mills like they did Chex and General Mills could have all the monster cereals. We'd probably only get Freakies once a year too, but that's better than no Freakies. Somebody get on this.

We haven't stumbled across the Monster Cereals yet!!!
And yes, about Freakies! Loved them, wish I could have a box NOW!
My grocery store doesn't carry them, but I found some at Target. Oddly, not in the grocery section, but in their own display at the registers. I can understand the separate display, but you'd think they'd also put them in the cereal aisle. Weird.
In a perfect world, Boo Berry and Franken Berry would be available year round.
Amen. By omission, I'm guessing you're not as much of a Count Chocula fan (or maybe your store carries the Count all year). I don't care as much for that either because I can get chocolate cereal whenever I want (Cocoa Pebbles being my preferred form). Strawberry and blueberry cereals are a too-rare treat.

Exactly! Our store does carry Count Chocula year-round, and there's much better chocolate-y cereals out there.
It boggles my mind that they'd rather have another like-flavored cereal on the shelves year round than something unique like Boo or Franken Berry.
