The Fleischer picture reminds me out how they cut out Clark's line from the DVD release first short were he says to Perry "Don't you think its dangerous (for a girl) ?"

That's too bad. There have been a few different collections of those cartoons, but it's that way in mine too. I have mixed feelings about it, but I tend to think it's good to keep that stuff in there. As a parent, I can use it to start conversations with my son about proper attitudes.

Even if it weren't appropriate for kids, there's a warning right on my box that says the collection "is intended for the adult collector and is not suitable for children." That's because of some racist material in it, but you'd think it would apply to Clark's sexism as well.
