It may have been written with the intention of being one, as she was rumored to be in the running (although such rumors, especially from the British tabs, are fairly unreliable).
Musically not bad, lyrically fairly flabby, and her voice is a little thin and shrill for the sound she's trying to pull off.

Plus, she's a godawful lip syncher...
